Communications

  • Please read every email from the Astros. Our most important information regarding events and deadlines are communicated via email. Please also check spam regularly for Astros and MLB communication and permit the following senders:

  • On the first Monday of each month during the season, our Season Ticket Holder newsletter is sent to the primary email address on your account. This newsletter includes Season Ticket Holder updates, as well as details on upcoming Season Ticket Holder events.

  • If you cannot reach your Account Manager and have an immediate need that cannot be addressed in your Astros MyTickets account, please call the Season Services line at 713.259.8300 or seasonservices@astros.com.

  • Please note that the listing and/or re-selling of 50% or more of your tickets classifies your account as a BROKER account and is in violation of our Season Ticket Holder terms and conditions, which can be found here.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is! If you ever need to contact us, you can email seasonservices@astros.com or call us at 713.259.8300 to get in touch with an Account Manager. This line is monitored until First Pitch on Game Days.

  • You can now purchase up to 19 additional single game tickets via the Special Offers tab in your Astros MyTickets account. Availability subject to change. For premium games, you will only be able to purchase up to 8 additional single game tickets via this offer. If you are purchasing 20 or more tickets, please call your Account Manager for help adding-on tickets for friends, family, or clients!

  • In addition to email notifications, the Season Ticket Holder Newsletter is sent to your email at the beginning of each month. You can also find it at astros.com/sth.

  • For everyone's safety, bags are not permitted inside Minute Maid Park. Exceptions can be made for medical bags or manufactured diaper bags accompanying an infant. Single compartment clutches, wristlets, and hip/fanny packs that do not exceed 16x16x8" will also be permitted.

  • Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark. Lenses must be no larger than 8". Tripods and monopods are not allowed in the ballpark.

  • As a Full Season Ticket Holder you are guaranteed the right to purchase your same seats for all Postseason games at Minute Maid Park. Some exclusions may apply. Your Account Manager will notify you by the end of August if your location is not guaranteed.

  • As a Partial Plan Holder, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase one (1) game per round (WC, ALDS, ALCS, WS). Some exclusions may apply. Your Account Manager will notify you in August on your options.

  • All fans may bring in food that is contained in a clear, plastic bag no larger than one gallon in size, and may bring in one factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of water, no larger than one liter. One bag and one water bottle per guest.

  • You can view the summary statement in your Astros MyTickets account. If you are currently on a payment plan, the statement can be found in the "To Do List", "Scheduled Payments" tab. If you are paid in full, the statement can be found in the "My History" > "Paid Renewals" tab.

  • Yes. You can add a credit card to your Astros MyTickets account by clicking the "My Account" > "Payment Info" tab. Please note that you will need to contact your Account Manager to apply the new card to any upcoming payments.

  • Yes. You can recall forwarded tickets in your Astros MyTickets account by clicking “My History” > "Forwards", "Forward ID" > "Recall". Tickets forwarded from the MLB Ballpark app will need to be recalled via the MLB Ballpark app. Please note that you will not be able to recall tickets once they are scanned into the game or posted for resale.

  • As a full season ticket holder, after you renew your account in August, you will be invited to take part in our annual Select-a-Seat event. This event will give you the opportunity to upgrade your season ticket location into our best available seats. If you are a Partial plan holder, please let your Account Manager know that you wish to relocate for the 2025 season, and we will note your account and go over all options with you during the offseason following the 2024 season.

    The Select-A-Seat and relocation process will take place following the end of the Astros season. More info to come!

  • The listing and/or re-selling of 50% or more of your tickets classifies your account as a Broker Account and is in violation of our Season Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.
